Prophet Healthy Eating

If non-Muslims are so detailed to organize their lives eating patterns, not whether Islam should likewise? Are there any rules that contain it? We can browse from http://www.herbalupdate.blogspot.com/).

Apparently what is applied by the Jewish people have been taught well by the Prophet.

    * Rasulullah SAW advised not to eat fruit after eating cooked rice. Instead eat fruit first, and eat rice. The benefit is that our food portions ga "belebeh". Fiber in the fruit makes us feel full, so we no longer feel too hungry.

    * Sleep 1 hour after the midday meal.

Because with a nap, brain and body will rest from activity since morning. So the body can absorb the good nutrients we need. So when you wake up, the body has returned refreshed and have energy for work again.

    * Do not occasionally left the dinner, those who stayed to dinner he would eat age and cholesterol in the body will double.

Maybe it makes us confused. To my knowledge is in contrast with the theory that advocates a diet in general we avoid dinner.

    * The following is a list of prohibited foods eaten at the same time:

Not eating together MILK - MEAT
Do not eat together FISH - MEAT
Do not eat fish together MILK
Do not eat together MILK - CHICKEN
Do not eat together FISH - EGG
Do not eat together FISH - LEAF Salad
Not eating together MILK - VINEGAR
Not eating together FRUIT - MILK

In chicken meat containing ions, whereas in ion-containing fish, if both are consumed together there will be a biochemical reaction that can damage our gut.

    * Morning Bath Before dawn, at least an hour before sunrise Matahati. Reportedly cool water that seep into the body to reduce fat storage.
